• Conducts an interview with employee to determine individual/family needs
• Provides information on the buying and/or selling process
• Selects a real estate specialist who we believe is best qualified to address the specific needs of each employee
• Communicates with employee throughout the relocation process
• Conducts a follow-up survey to assist us with continuous improvement of customer service
