Pricing and Incentive strategy. The strategy will differ by area, price range and your current situation. Based on recent sales, incentives and competition in the area... we will work together to create a realistic plan to accomplish your goals.
Negotiations. You can find agents that will slash their commissions and only cover their costs on selling your home. Ask yourself this: if they can’t negotiate a reasonable commission for themselves, then how well do you think they will negotiate on your behalf? These will be the first agents to ask you to drop your price; it will be all they know how to do.
