 For a 90 home subdivision, Madison has great amenities.  Lake, Olympic sized swimming pool, spacious clubhouse, two lighted tennis courts, decent parking area and a playground.

Madison history

In 2006, there were 3 custom builders that owned lots in Madison.  Tuggle Residential (Gene Tuggle), Trendmark (Jerry Rose) and Martin Associates (Andy Martin).  They built roughly 30 homes prior to the crash in 2008.  These homes sold from the $400s into the $600s, which included a large amount of custom brick/stonework on interior and exterior.

Tuggle filed bankruptcy, Trendmark was not far behind, but Andy Martin continued to slowly build on lots until 2012.  Ryland Homes bought the remaining ~60 lots and finished up building in 2014.  Ryland (now Lennar) is not a custom builder and initially it did lower the value of the custom homes....but values have been climbing since 2014 for all homes in Madison.
